| 产学研合作中知识转移机制研究 【摘要】产学研合作作为当下科技创新的最有效形式之一，在其知识流动关系中，知识转移既是知识生产和知识应用的桥梁，又是合作的核心环节，因此探讨有效的机制促进知识在产学研合作中的转移是非常有必要的。本文在已有理论研究的基础上，将产学研合作下知识转移的影响因素结合其转移过程进行分析，构建一个因素影响路径的知识转移机制，并通过分析中南大学与中铝集团的产学研合作案例检验机制模型。 【关键词】产学研合作 知识转移机制 因素影响路径 Study on mechanism of Knowledge Transfer in Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperation Abstract: As one of the most effective forms of scientific and technological innovation, knowledge transfer is not only the bridge between knowledge production and knowledge application, but also the core link of cooperation. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an effective mechanism to promote the transfer of knowledge in the cooperation. Based on the existing theoretical researches,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of knowledge transfer under the industry university research cooperation combined with its transfer process, constructs a knowledge transfer mechanism with influencing factors, and tests the mechanism model by analyzing the case of industry university research cooperation between Central South University and Chinalco group.
