全面二孩政策背景下对女性就业的影响

摘 要


全面二孩政策是我国继单独二孩政策后实施的一项重大生育政策,而全面二孩政策实施后,必将会对我国女性的就业发展产生影响,从而引起民众和社会的广泛关注。女性的就业歧视在社会中是一个普遍现象,尤其是在全面二孩政策实施后,会对女性就业产生新的冲击,面对各种挑战,女性需要更加重视就业问题,加强自身实力。当前,女性就业受到了生育带来的诸多影响,包括提升女性就业的隐性门槛、加大女性就业承受的压力、拉大女性就业的工资薪酬差距、阻碍女性就业和家庭的平衡等方面的问题。因此,为了应对上述问题,国家、社会和个人需要共同作出努力,降低女性就业的隐性门槛、减轻女性就业承受的压力、缩小女性就业的薪酬差距、保障女性就业和家庭的平衡,从而促进女性的就业发展。

Abstract

The universal two-child policy is a major birth policy implemented in China following the one-child two-child policy. After the implementation of the universal two-child policy,it will certainly have an impact on the employment of women in China, thus attracting widespread attention. Women's employment discrimination is a common phenomenon in society.Especially after the implementation of the universal two-child policy, it will have a new impact on women's employment. Faced with various challenges,women need to pay more attention to the employment issue and strengthen their own strength. At present, women's employment has been affected by childbirth,including raising the hidden threshold of women's employment,increasing the pressure of women's employment, widening the wage gap of women's employment, hindering the balance of women's employment and family, and other problems. Therefore, in order to deal with the above problems, the state,society and individuals need to make joint efforts to reduce the hidden threshold of women's employment,reduce the pressure on women's employment, narrow the salary gap of women's employment, ensure the balance between women's employment and family, so as to promote women's employment.
