摘 要

近年来，互联网平台经济蓬勃发展，无论是从平台的规模、数量还是成长速度来看，平台经济大势崛起。但在众多新型平台企业的大量涌现的同时，市场垄断等新的问题也日益凸显。反垄断监管在此时应运而生，加强反垄断监管可以更好的引导平台企业正确认识行业监管与自身发展的关系，从而更好地走在规范健康发展的轨道上。
