| 县域农行惠农贷款服务——以农行绥棱县分行为例 摘 要 “三农”工作是我国目前重点工作之一，政府部门连续发布总计15个中央一号文件对这一工作进行相关部署，不断强化“三农”的政策扶持力度。惠农贷款服务是“三农”工作的一项重要内容，然而当前农村金融发展所面临的矛盾和困难依然突出，“三农”问题是农业文明向工业文明过渡的必然产物。论文基于实际工作背景，通过绥棱县县域惠农贷款服务现状分析总结出惠农贷款服务的制约因素，通过开展问卷调查并进行数据分析，明确农户贷款需求。（本门中国农业银行总成均以“农行”替代） 关键词：惠农贷款；贷款服务；县域农行；绥棱县支行 Abstract The work related to agriculture,rural areas and farmers is one of the key tasks in China at present. The government departments have continuously issued a total of 15 No.1 central government documents to make relevant arrangements for this work,and constantly strengthen the policy support for agriculture, rural areas and farmers. Benefit to farmers loan service is an important content of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work,but the current rural financial development is still faced with prominent contradictions and difficulties, "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" is the inevitable outcome of the transition from agricultural civilization to industrial civilization. Based on the actual working background,this paper summarizes the restrictive factors of the loan service for rural benefit through the analysis of the current situation of the loan service for rural benefit in Suiren County, and clarifies the loan demand of rural households through the questionnaire survey and data analysis.
