| 浅析我国多层次资本市场体系 摘要：随着时代的进步、工业时代的不断成熟和信息时代的快速发展，资本、信息和电子显得尤为重要，资本市场在现代化经济体系中已经成为不可或缺甚至是非常核心的部分。我国要在现代化经济体系下保持持续的发展势头，不断实现国家富强和民族复兴就必须充分发挥资本市场的重要作用，把资本市场作为国家建设和发展的基本框架，为实现这一目标，首先要健全多层次资本市场体系，体现资本市场的多样性。本文介绍了我国现代经济体系下发展起来的多层次资本市场体系，并分析了中小上市企业财务绩效在引入多样性的同时，对中小上市公司的整体发展有一个客观的认识。 关键词：资本市场；上市路径；中小板 Abstract: With the progress of the times,the continuous maturity of the industrial age and the rapid development of the information age, capital, information and electronics have become particularly important.
