| 浅析网络贩毒案件侦查取证的难点与对策 摘 要：随着网络的普及和发展，网络贩毒案件应运而生， 给社会带来极大危害性的同时也让侦查机关侦破此类案件面临新的挑战。 本文通过研究网络贩毒案件侦查取证难点的成因，探讨其存在的犯罪隐蔽性强， 证据易被破坏修改，证据不易保存等难点，提出网络贩毒案件侦查取证的对策， 以便公安机关更有效更有针对性地应对此类案件的侦查取证工作， 维护我国社会治安稳定。 关 键 词 ：网络贩毒案件； 侦查取证； 难点； 对策 Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Investigation and Evidence Collection of Internet Drug Trafficking Cases Abstract：With the popularity and development of the network, network drug trafficking cases came into being, to bring great harm to the community at the same time also let the investigating authorities to detect such cases face new challenges.
