摘要

摘要：小儿急性喉炎是喉黏膜急性炎症疾病，多发于冬春季节，其起病急、病程发展快。因小儿喉腔狭小，且黏膜下组织疏松，炎性水肿易造成声门阻塞，小儿咳嗽反射差，喉部及气管内分泌物不易排出，容易引发喉梗阻。急性喉炎伴喉梗阻若不及时救治，可出现呼吸道梗阻症状，危及患儿健康生命。集束化护理模式是指集合一系列有循证基础的治疗以及护理措施，来处理某种临床疾病，其目的是帮助医护人员为患儿提供尽可能的全面、优化护理服务和护理结局[9]。将集束化护理应用到小儿急性喉炎合并喉梗阻中，通过对急救护理、发热护理、心理护理等多个方面应用，表明集束化护理可以有效提高治疗和护理效果，可以在临床中广泛应用。

ABSTRACT

Abstract: Acute laryngitis in children is an acute inflammatory disease of laryngeal mucosa mainly in the glottis area. Most often in winter and spring.Because the laryngeal cavity is narrow in children, and the submucosal tissue is loose,inflammatory edema is easy to cause glottic obstruction,and the cough reflex of children is poor, the secretions in the larynx and trachea are not easy to cough, which is easy to cause laryngeal obstruction. If acute laryngitis with laryngeal obstruction is not treated in time,symptoms of respiratory tract obstruction may appear, endangers the health and life of children. Cluster nursing is a new nursing method developed in recent years,which refers to the collection of a series of evidence-based nursing and treatment methods for a certain disease, so as to help nurses provide comprehensive and optimized nursing services and nursing outcomes for children [9]. Cluster nursing is applied to children with acute laryngitis combined with laryngeal obstruction, through the application of emergency care, fever nursing,psychological nursing and other aspects,it shows that cluster nursing can effectively improve the effect of treatment and nursing, and can be widely used in clinic.
