| 基于UGNX的核桃去青皮机毕业设计说明书
摘 要：在我国的传统农作物里，核桃绝对是耳熟能详的农作物之一，因为核桃树适应性强、寿命长、果实储存方便的特点，所以核桃在我国各区域都有种植。但是核桃刚采摘下来的时候是带果肉的，也就是所说的带青皮，并不能直接食用，需要去青皮后，才能出售。目前很多核桃产地，果农去青皮的方式还是比较传统的，非机械化，这导致去皮效率低，人力需求大；在当今社会，人力成本很高，因此本次设计旨在通过研究设计，寻求可以使用机械代替人工去青皮的设备，在工业化的现代，这个设计发明很有意义。
本次设计基于之前科研人员研究的核桃去皮方面的成果，本着设备结构不复杂，操作便捷，成本低且能适用各种大小的核桃的特点进行研发设计。设备主要由机械结构和电气元器件构成，并通过现有的公式资料来校核设备能否满足需求。设计出的设备主要要能够具备以下几个功能：
能够通过设备内部刀片和钢刷的运行，将新鲜核桃上的青皮切削分离，如果可以，还能对核桃表面的碎屑进行清洗去除；
能够一次性将大量核桃投入设备中来进行去皮处理，这是送料的过程；
能够将去皮完成的成品核桃和青皮及采摘过程混杂的一些杂物进行分离，这个功能即为去杂。

Abstract:In China's traditional crops,walnut is absolutely one of the familiar crops, because walnut tree adaptability, long life, convenient fruit storage characteristics, so walnut in China's various regions have been planted. Because of its high business value, not only provide protein,but also as edible vegetable oil, and a variety of walnut food emerge in endlessly, so it is widely planted. China's walnut production accounts for two fifths of the world's total walnut production.But when walnuts are just picked down with pulp, that is,with green skin, and can not be eaten directly, need to go to the green skin, to sell. At present, many walnut producing areas,fruit farmers to green peeling way is more traditional, non-mechanized,which leads to low peeling efficiency, large human demand; In today's society, the human cost is very high, so this design aims to seek through research and design, can use the machine to replace the artificial removal of green skin equipment, in the modern industrialization, this design invention is very meaningful.
This design is based on the previous research on the achievements of walnut peeling,in line with the equipment structure is not complex, convenient operation,low cost and can be applied to the characteristics of various sizes of walnut research and development design. The equipment is mainly composed of mechanical structure and electrical components,and through the existing formula data to check whether the equipment can meet the needs. The designed equipment should be able to have the following functions:
（1）Through the operation of the blade and steel brush inside the equipment,the green peel on the fresh walnut can be cut and separated,and if possible, the debris on the walnut surface can be cleaned and removed;
（2）A large number of walnuts can be put into the equipment for peeling treatment at one time, which is the process of feeding;
（3）Can finish peeling finished walnut and green peel and picking processmixed some sundry separation, this function is to miscellaneous.
