智能操场扫地机器人
摘 要
近年来,伴随着智能机器人的发展和科研技术的进步。清洁机器人的智能程度也越来越高,而智能化正是智能清洁机器人发展的标志。智能化作为现代机器人的发展趋势,成为了设计者们的研究设计的方向,也是以后智能清洁机器人的发展方向。采用智能化技术设计的清洁机器人可以在设计者预定的一种工作环境里,无需人为的操控自主运作。基于单片机的智能清洁机器人的控制就是其中的一个体现。本设计实现了一种基于AT89C52 单片机的循迹、避障、清洁等功能的智能系统。主要实现了,通过对检测与分析路况信息,自动控制电机转向和转速来改变前进路径,从而实现车稳定循迹避障以及通过外部吸尘硬件实现吸尘的功能。清洁机器人系统的基本结构一般包括四部分:主控单元、传感模块、移动模块和清沽模块。主控单元采用AT89C52芯片对整体系统的控制,是该智能清沽机器人处理和执行命令的的核心。传感模块采用红外传感技术,一般常用的传感器有:超声波传感器、红外传感器和碰撞传感器等。本设计采用的是红外传感器进行传感避障。移动模块是清洁机器人的自身组成部分,本设计采用的是轮式移动模块。本设计采用的是外部硬件吸尘的方式进行清洁。近年来随着循迹避障技术、传感器技术、吸尘技术、控制技术、电源技术等的快速发展深刻影响着清洁机器人进步。本文介绍的智能清洁机器人实现了在无人操控的情况下能够自主的工作,很大程度地提高了产品的智能化水平。

Abstract
In recent years, with the development of intelligent robots and the progress of scientific research technology. The intelligent degree of cleaning robot is also getting higher and higher,and intelligence is the sign of the development of intelligent cleaning robot. Intelligent as the development trend of modern robots,has become the direction of designers' research and design, is also the future development direction of intelligent cleaning robots. Cleaning robots designed with intelligent technology can work in an environment designed by the designer without human intervention
Operate autonomously.The control of intelligent cleaning robot based on single chip microcomputer is one of them.This design has realized a kind of intelligent system based on AT89C52 singlechip microcomputer tracking, obstacle avoidance, cleaning and other functions. The main implementation, through the detection and analysis of road information,automatic control of motor steering and speed to change the forward path,so as to achieve a stable car tracking obstacle avoidance and through the external vacuum hardware to achieve the function of dust. The basic structure of cleaning robot system generally includes four parts: main control unit, sensing module, mobile module and cleaning module. The master control unit, which uses AT89C52 chip to control the whole system,is the core of the intelligent cleaning robot to process and execute commands. The sensor module adopts infrared sensing technology,and the commonly used sensors are: ultrasonic sensors, infrared sensors and collision sensors. This design uses infrared sensor for sensing obstacle avoidance.Mobile module is a part of the cleaning robot itself, this design uses a wheeled mobile module.This design uses the way of external hardware vacuum cleaning.In recent years, with the rapid development of tracking obstacle avoidance technology, sensor technology, dust collection technology, control technology,power supply technology and so on, the progress of cleaning robot is deeply affected. The intelligent cleaning robot introduced in this paper can work autonomously underunmanned control, which greatly improves the intelligent level of the product.
