摘要：新媒体技术的发展给大学生带来生活便利的同时，也引发了一系列的网络道德失范现象，具体表现为网络空间道德价值扭曲、网络空间情感输出失调、网络空间道德行为表现不当，这些网络道德失范现象不仅是互联网自身特点的负面影响、政府监管机制不完善、家庭、学校教育缺位的原因，也有大学生自身的原因，大学生网络道德失范现象的引导的应从大学生个人出发，呼吁自我约束、自我发展，从环境入手，发挥政府的作用，注重家庭教育与学校引导，营造良好的社会环境。

Absrtact: the development of new media technology brings convenience to college students, but also leads to a series of network moral anomie phenomena,which are manifested in the distortion of moral value in cyberspace,the imbalance of emotional output in cyberspace, and the improper performance of moral behavior in cyberspace. These network moral anomie phenomena are not only the negative effects of thecharacteristics of the Internet itself,but also the negative effects of the Internet The reasons for the imperfection of government supervision mechanism and the absence of family and school education are also college students themselves.
