| 试论有中国特色社会主义法治国家的特征和实现路径 摘要 法治建设将会对依法治国的实现产生直接影响，同时也为现代民主法治灵魂所在， 为中国特色社会主义建设提供支持。 由此可见， 推动民族复兴、国家发展的现实需要、必然要求即为中国特色社会主义法治国家建设。 分析党的十九大报告，现阶段我国社会主要矛盾产生重要变革， 人民日益增长的美好生活需求与不平衡及不充分二者间所产生的矛盾， 社会主要矛盾的变革，即意味着我国踏进新一阶段的社会发展中。 进入新时代后，所面临的问题也为新问题，需对时代背景下， 我国主要社会矛盾加以解决，为此， 需将中国特色社会主义法治国家的建设作为重点， 借助法治对分配、发展问题加以解决，为此， 需以充分了解中国特色社会主义法治国家特征作为基础，探讨法治国家实现路径。 借助法治对社会发展的利益分配问题、社会发展问题全面统筹并加以解决， 对人民对日益增长的物质文化需求加以满足， 同时还应满足将人民在精神文化层面所提出的需求， 为人民提供充足的安全感、幸福感，对现阶段社会主要矛盾加以化解。 目前，我国依法治国战略已获得相应发展，经济高速发展且社会秩序和谐稳定。 然而实际上因我国地区经济发展情况不均衡、不充分， 再因长期处于“礼法结合”思想观念下，致使我国法治建设水平存在不均衡现象， 对法治国家建设进程形成一定阻碍。 因此，为实现此困境的解决，充分了解中国特色社会主义法治国家特征为必要前提， 仅有以此为基础，方可确保所设计法治国家建设路径具备较高可行性， 方可切实推进中国特色社会主义法治国家建设。 “法治兴则国家兴， 法治强则国家强”加强法治建设为健全我国治理体系及推进我国法治建设的途径， 同时也为保障人民利益及推进依法治国的保证。 同时，加大法治建设力度，还可有效提高公民法治素养，维护公民信仰。 十九大报告中，习近平同志全面部署深化依法治国实践， 将建设中国特色社会主义社会重要内容设定为依法治国。 由此可见，推进依法治国，加大法治建设力度，不仅为影响深远的社会变革， 同时也为中华民族振兴的重要保障。 因此，实践过程中，需对我国法治建设予以高度重视， 通过切实可行的实践途径设计，推动我国法治国家的建成。 关键词：中国特色社会主义； 法治国家； 依法治国 Abstract The construction of the rule of law will have a direct impact on the realization of governing the country according to law, and also provide support for the soul of modern democracy and rule of law and the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
