| 石油精神及其当代价值研究
摘 要
人无精神不立，党无精神不兴，国无精神不强。习近平总书记强调，要教育引导全党大力发扬红色传统、传承红色基因，赓续共产党人精神血脉，始终保持革命者的大无畏奋斗精神，鼓起迈进新征程、奋进新时代的精气神。而石油精神作为中国共产党精神谱系的重要组成部分，是社会主义建设时期最具代表性的精神标识，也是中国工人阶级精神风貌和优良作风的集中体现。
中国特色社会主义已经进入新时代，我们面对的国际形势错综复杂，面临的国内问题千变万化。新的历史机遇期需要我们既要坚持与时俱进，也要保持足够的坚守和定力。通过对石油精神及其当代价值问题的研究，可以赋予石油精神崭新的时代内涵，寻找传承石油精神的有效途径。为国家建设提供行稳致远的不竭动力，为人民的理想信念熔铸坚实可靠的精神支柱。
本文运用文献研究法、归纳总结法、对比研究法等方法，对石油精神的含义、历史演进、时代价值及弘扬途径等问题进行深入研究。本文共分为四个部分：第一部分对石油精神的概念进行梳理，阐释石油精神的含义，厘清石油精神与大庆精神的辩证关系。第二部分概括了石油精神的历史演变及主要内容，从社会主义建设时期到中国特色社会主义新时代，石油精神以其鲜明的时代特征与祖国发展同进步。第三部分论述了石油精神的时代价值，石油精神在新时代背景下肩负着更为深刻的育人功能及文化使命。最后，提出了弘扬石油精神的的具体路径，通过融于教、化于境、涵于制三条通道使石油精神内化于心、熏陶于境、固化于制，从而能外化于行，行之于众。时代的进步与发展，为石油精神不断铸就新的时代内涵。这对赓续共产党人精神血脉，全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦，具有重大现实意义。

The study on the Petroleum Spirit and Its Contemporary Value
ABSTRACT
A man cannot stand without spirit,a party cannot prosper without spirit, and a country cannot be strong without spirit. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we must educate and guide the whole Party to vigorously carry forward the red tradition and inherit the red gene,continuously carry forward the spiritual blood of the CommunistParty, always maintain the fearless spirit of revolutionaries, and summon up the spirit to stride forward on a new journey and forge ahead in a new era. As an important part of the spiritual genealogy of the Communist Party of China,the petroleum spirit is the most representative spiritual symbol in the socialist construction period, and also the concentrated embodiment of the spirit and fine style of the Chinese working class.
As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the international situation we face is complex and the domestic problems we face are ever-changing. The new period of historical opportunities requires us not only to keep pace with The Times, but also to maintain enough persistence and determination. Through the study of the petroleum spirit and its contemporary value,we can endow the petroleum spirit with a new connotation of The Times and find an effective way to inherit the petroleum spirit. We will provide an inexhaustible driving force for China's steady and long-term development,and forge a solid and reliable spiritual support for the ideals and convictions of the people.
This paper uses literature research method, induction and summary method,comparative research method and other methods,the meaning of the petroleum spirit, historical evolution, the value of The Times and the way to carry forward the issues such as in-depth research. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part combs the concept of petroleum spirit, explains the meaning of petroleum spirit,and clarifies the dialectical relationship between petroleum spirit and Daqing spirit. The second part summarizes the historical evolution and main contents of the petroleum spirit.From the socialist construction period to the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the petroleum spirit is progressing with the development of the motherland with its distinctive characteristics of The Times. The third part discusses The Times value of the petroleum spirit.The petroleum spirit bears a more profound educational function and cultural mission under the background of new times. Finally, the paper puts forward a specific way to carry forward the petroleum spirit,which is internalized in the mind, influenced in the environment,and solidified in the system through three channels: blending ineducation, blending in the environment, and containing in the system, so that it can be externalized in practice and practice in the public.
