摘要：2020年突如其来的疫情，使我国企业面临着巨大的危机，这也是企业财务管理应急反映和治理能力的检验。在此次新冠肺炎危机中无数企业倒台破产，尚在坚持的企业也往往面临这各种问题。财务管理是一个企业经营发展的关键所在，本文将试图寻找有效的思路、方法和措施来应对财务风险加大、预算执行困难、资金流动不畅等问题，并从企业自身出发，通过对企业财务管理提出建议，希望企业能走出疫情的困境，减少疫情带来的负面影响，避免其带来更大的危机。

Influences of epidemic on financial management

Abstract:The sudden epidemic has brought great crises to Chinese enterprises,which is also a test of the emergency response and governance capabilities of enterprise financial management. In the COVID-19 crisis, countless enterprises collapsed and went bankrupt,and enterprises that are still persisting often face these various problems. Financial management is the key to the development of an enterprise's operation.This article will try to find effective ideas,methods and measures to deal with the problems of increased financial risks, budget implementation difficulties, and poor capital flow. Starting from the enterprise itself,through the financial management ofthe enterprise, I hope that the enterprise can get out of the plight of the epidemic, reduce the negative impact of the epidemic, avoid it to bring greater crises.
