| 基于杜邦分析体系的CD公司盈利能力分析
摘 要：在经济全球化的背景之下，企业越来越关注自身的综合盈利水平，而不是通过单个的财务指标来定位自己的盈利能力。近年来CD公司的净利润波动巨大，其中2015-2018年出现巨额亏损，使企业面临严峻的财务风险。因此本文利用杜邦分析体系对CD公司2015-2019年的财务数据进行分析，总结出了CD公司盈利能力中存在的问题及问题的成因，提出了拓宽销售渠道、严格落实成本管控制度、创新管理机制等策略，为企业谋求长远发展提供参考。

Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization,enterprises pay more and more attention to their comprehensive profitability rather than positioning their profitability through a single financial index. In recent years, the net profit of CD company fluctuates greatly,among which there are huge losses in 2015, 2016 and 2018, which makes the enterprise face severe financial risks. Therefore, this paper uses DuPont analysis system to analyze the financial data of CDcompany from 2015 to 2019, summarizes the problems existing in the profitability of CDcompany and the causes of the problems,and puts forward strategies such as broadening sales channels, strictly implementing cost control system, and innovating management mechanism, so as to provide reference for enterprises to seek long-term development.
