浅析企业偿债能力分析——以保利房地产股份有限公司为例
摘 要
市场经济的迅速发展使企业间的竞争日益激烈,近年来,房地产企业由于大规模投资固定资产,致使企业负债规模整体上升,企业的相关利益者开始关注企业能否可持续发展,于是对企业偿债能力的分析就显得十分重要。
本文通过对保利房地产有限公司偿债能力相关指标的分析,揭示出保利房地产有限公司偿债能力管理中存在的问题,最后从现金持有量、存货管理、财务风险及财务杠杆的运用等方面提出了相应的对策。

Abstract
The rapid development of market economy makes thecompetition among enterprises increasingly fierce. In recent years, due to the large-scale investment in fixed assets of realestate enterprises, the debt scale of enterprises has increased as a whole. The stakeholders of enterprises begin to pay attention to the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to analyze the debt paying ability of enterprises.
Through the analysis of relevant indicators of solvency of Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd., this paper reveals the problems existing in the solvency management of Poly Real Estate Co., Ltd., and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of cash holdings, inventory management, financial risk and the use of financial leverage.
