随着社会经济的发展、市场需求的增加，人们对生活品质的追求越来越高，愿意花费时间精力去参与活动来丰富自己的生活。户外运动俱乐部利用大自然的天然场地提供一些有趣又轻松的旅行方式，对现代人们具有强大的吸引力。

徒步旅行作为新兴旅游方式，收到大众的喜爱，在旅游过程中，徒步旅行者的食住行游购娱都更贴近当地人的生活，能更真实地接触当地居民，感受当地的自然、历史、风土人情及社会习俗，沿途可以观察和学习到许多有益的东西，增加知识，并能锻炼身体，培养勇于探索、团结互助的精神，对一个人的身体素质和人格毅力的培养等方面都有益处。通过研究期盼（徒步）旅行俱乐部风险管理的现状，了解会员和领队感知风险的情况，对俱乐部风险管理进行分析，提高风险防护措施，降低事故率，使俱乐部更好地满足消费者的需求。

本文通过以风险管理基本理论为基础，对期盼（徒步）旅行俱乐部进行风险感知与风险分析，对期盼（徒步）旅行俱乐部进行解读，运用感知风险双因素理论将20个因子概括为自然风险、经济风险、社会风险、心理风险、认知风险、时间风险、设施设备风险、救援救助风险8个维度，对俱乐部成员的风险感知情况进行分析，之后对俱乐部风险管理的执行情况进行了解，找出其中存在的问题，提出相应的解决策略，为期盼（徒步）旅行俱乐部管理者和领队在实施徒步旅行风险管理上提供参考，促进俱乐部的长期发展。

With the development of social economy and the increase of market demand,people are more and more interested in quality of life and willing to spend time and energy to participate in activities to enrich their lives. Outdoor sports clubs make use of nature's natural grounds to offer some fun and relaxing ways to travel that have a powerful appeal to modern people. As a new way of traveling, hiking is popular among the general public.During the course of traveling, the food, accommodation, travel,shopping and entertainment of hikers are closer to the lives ofthe local people and can contact the local residents more truly,experience the local nature, history,customs and social customs, along the way can observe and learn many useful things, increase knowledge, and can exercise the body, cultivate the courage to explore, the spirit of solidarity, on a person's physical quality and personality, such as the development of perseverance are beneficial. By studying the present situation of risk management of expectation (hiking) travel club, understanding the situation of risk perception of members and team leaders,analyzing the risk management of the club,improving the risk protection measures and reducing the accident rate, enable the club to better meet the needs of consumers. Based on the basic theory of risk management,this paper analyzes the risk perception and risk analysis of the

expectation (hiking) travel club, and interprets the expectation (hiking) travel club, using the two-factor theory of perceived risk,20 factors are summarized into 8 dimensions: Natural Risk, economic risk, social risk, psychological risk, cognitive risk, time risk,facility and equipment risk and rescue risk, the risk perception of club members is analyzed,and then the implementation of the risk management of the club is understood,the problems are found out, and the corresponding solutions are put forward, it is expected to provide reference for managers and leaders of Hiking Club to implement hiking risk management and promote the long-term development of the club.
