摘要


伴随着网络经济的发展,现代物流被称作继人力资本,生态资源后的第三盈利原动力,而确保这一原动力的关键是减少物流行业成本。管理和操纵好公司的运输成本早已变成公司获得更高盈利的重点,每个货运物流公司都会竭尽全力的管理自己的运输成本。物流企业的核心取决于成本管理,成本管理是盈利的关键环节,物流行业成本管理的好会产生十分丰厚的盈利,重点环节的成本获得合理的操纵都可以为企业利润的提升带来明显的实际效果,而顺丰速递有限责任公司是我国物流行业的引领者,成本管理研究就看起来十分关键了。文中在成本管理有关基础理论的基本上,首先对公司本身的财务报表和成本现况开展了简略的剖析。随后开展领域间的比照,比照目标主要是申通快递。从数据分析中归纳总结出公司在成本控制中较为劣势的方面,比如在外包成本控制层面存在的不足,在物流成本管理工作存在的不足及其在仓储物流成本控制中存在的不足等。并得出可行性分析提议及防范措施,以期待可以给顺丰速递有限责任公司成本控制明确提出一些提议,以推动公司的发展,并对相近的物流行业出示示范模板。

Analysis of SF Express Logistics Cost Control

Abstract

With the development of the network economy,modern logistics is known as the third profit driving force after human capital and ecological resources, and the key to ensuring this driving force is to reduce the cost of the logistics industry. Managing and manipulating the company's transportation costs has long become the focus of the company's higher profitability. Each freight logistics company will try its best to manage its own transportation costs.The troubles of logistics companies depend on cost management.Cost management is the key to profitability.Good cost management in the logistics industry will produce very substantial profits.Reasonable manipulation of the cost of key links can bring obvious reality to the increase of corporate profits. As SF Express Co., Ltd.is a leader in my country's logistics industry,cost management research seems to be very critical. In the article, based on the basic theories of cost management, first of all,a brief analysis of the company's own financial statements and cost status is carried out. Subsequent comparisons between fields were carried out,with the main target of comparison being Shentong Express. From the data analysis, we summarized the company's disadvantages in cost control, such as the deficiencies in outsourcing cost control,the deficiencies in logistics cost management, and the deficiencies in warehousing logistics cost control. And come up with feasibility analysis proposals and preventive measures, hoping to clearly put forward some proposals for SF Express Co., Ltd.cost control to promote the company's development,and to show the example of similar logistics industry.
