| 河南佳源乳业股份有限公司现金管理中存在问题分析 摘要：随着市场经济的迅速发展和改革开放的不断深入，企业之间的竞争越来越激烈，现金是企业流动性最强的资产，可以用来满足生产经营开支的各种需要，贯穿整个经营活动的始终，因而现金的管理显的尤为重要。现金是企业生产经营过程中不可缺少的资产，而且变现能力强、流动性强、有广泛的使用性，可以满足生产经营，投资等需要。企业拥有足够的现金可以降低经营风险，加强资产的流动性和可清偿债务的能力。但是现金的盈利性较差，企业现金持有过多会导致企业的整体收益水平将下降，同时会增加企业相应的成本。因此认清现金的使用范围，加强对现金收支、结余的管理，建立和健全现金的内控制度，对保证现金使用的合法性和有效性具有现实意义。从企业管理层到基层全体员工都要认识到现金管理的重要性，这是实施现金管理的前提。本文以河南佳源乳业股份有限公司为案例，从库存现金、银行存款和其他货币资金三个方面出发，对现金管理现状进行分析，发现企业中存在的问题，并提出相关建议，以期达到企业对现金管理重视。 关键词：现金管理；银行存款；现金；内部控制 Analysis of problems in cash management of Henan Jiayuan Dairy Co., Ltd. Abstract：Cash is the most liquid asset of an enterprise,which can be used to meet the various needs of production and operation expenses, running through the whole business activities, so the management of cash is particularly important. Cash is an indispensable asset in the production and operation of enterprises, and it has strong liquidity, strong liquidity,and has a wide range of use, which can meet the needs of production, operation, investment and so on. Companies with enough cash can reduce risk,enhance the liquidity of assets and the ability to pay off debts. However, the profitability of cash is poor, and too much cash is held by enterprises,which will decrease the overall income level of enterprises and increase the corresponding cost of enterprises. Therefore, it is of practical significance to recognize the use scope of cash,strengthen the management of cash receipts and payments and balance,determine the best cash holding, pay attention to cash budget,and establish and perfect the internal control system of cash, to ensure the legality and effectiveness of cash use. Therefore, we must strengthen its attention and management.
