| 武汉DF物流公司的成本控制研究 摘 要 随着世界经济的不断发展，物流业在世界经济中的作用和地位越来越突出，企业面临的挑战也越来越大。因此，如何降低企业的物流成本已经成为物流业的目标，但实际上，传统的物流业的生存方式可以理解为如何掌握资源的力量和方法，在这个信息化的时代中谁能把核心的数据与资源率先掌握，谁就能占领先机。本文以武汉DF物流公司为例，本文以武汉DF物流公司为例，首先从研究背景、意义以及国内外研究现状简单分析介绍。其次从物流成本控制的相关理论出发，对武汉DF物流公司成本控制现状分析作出简要阐述。然后找出武汉DF物流公司成本控制存在的问题，并分析产生问题的原因，最后通过确立科学的成本控制制度、选择合理的运输工具、加大投资，引进新技术、新设备以及引进人才，提高职工素质等四个方面提出相应的解决办法。 【关键词】武汉DF物流公司 成本控制 物流成本 Abstract With the continuous development of the world economy,the role and position of the logistics industry in the world economy have become more and more prominent,and the challenges faced by enterprises are also increasing.Therefore,how to reduce the logistics costs of enterprises has become the goal ofthe logistics industry,but in fact,the traditional way of survival in the logistics industry can be understood as how to master the power and methods of resources.Who can control the core data in this information age?Take the lead with the resources,whoever can take the lead.This article takes Wuhan DF logistics company as an example.This article takes Wuhan DF logistics company as an example.First,it briefly analyzes and introduces the research background,significance and current research status at home and abroad.Secondly,starting from the relevant theories of logistics cost control,a brief description of the current analysis of the cost control of Wuhan DF Logistics Company is made.Then find out the problems in the cost control of Wuhan DFLogistics Company,and analyze the reasons for the problems.Finally,through the establishment of a scientific cost control system,the selection of reasonable transportation tools,the increase of investment,the introduction of new technologies,new equipment and the introduction of talents Corresponding solutions were proposed in four aspects including the quality of employees.
