| 民营企业财务管理存在的问题及改进措施 [摘要]改革开放以来，国家对民营企业采取鼓励、引导的政策，民营企业也如雨后春笋活跃在我国经济体系中。如今我国民营企业得到迅速发展，占城镇新增就业岗位的四分之三，缓解了社会的就业压力，为稳定社会压力、活跃市场以及综合经济实力等各方面发挥着很大的作用，成为国民经济中最具活力的新的经济增长点。但目前民营企业也遇到了很多困难与障碍，欠缺健全的财务管理制度即是民营企业的发展阻力之一，很多民营企业的财务人员综合素质不高，没有很强的工作意识甚至自身都不够专业。民营企业的财务管理要与当前民营企业的财务管理现状相结合，并根据一直变化的外部因素，从管理方面，财务体系和人才培养等进行综合分析，以便更好的实现民营企业的目标，促进民营企业的进一步发展。 Abstract:Since the reform and opening up.
