| 电子商务企业盈利模式研究——以京东和唯品会为例 中文摘要：近年来,随着我国互联网建设以及国民消费意识的进步，我国进入了电商高速发展的时代。各行业响应国家的“互联网+”行动计划，纷纷建立起各自的电商平台。电子商务的快速进步，给人们的生活带来便捷，也浮现出很多优秀的电子商务企业。但与此同时，在激烈的市场竞争下，不少电商企业的不仅没有那么顺利，甚至在面临生死存亡的考验。那么，是哪些因素制约了这些企业的发展，现阶段的电子商务企业又存在着哪些问题？京东和唯品会是两家近年来发展速度较快、经营成果较好的电子商务企业。本文通过对两家企业的盈利模式进行比较、分析，寻找两家企业之间的共性与差异，进一步探究电子商务企业现阶段存在的问题，并针对这些问题提出一些建议。 关键词：电子商务;盈利模式；绩效；京东商城；唯品会 Abstract:Currently, with the development of Internet construction and developed consumer awareness,e-Commerce has reached its zenith. Various industries uphold the plan of the Internet initiated by the Beijing Government and set up their own platform of e-Commerce. With the development of e-Commerce, human beings’ life is more convenient. Thereafter, many good enterprises of e-Commerce arise. Meanwhile, a multitude of e-Commerce’s enterprises encounter a lot of difficulties and withstand the ordeal of survival under the market which is full of competitions.Therefore, It is worthwhile considering What factors hinder the development of These enterprises and What problems enterprises of e-commerce face now.J.D and Vipshop are the enterprises which develop fast and manage well in these two years. This paper is to showcase differences and similarities existing between J.D and Vipshop, analyze problems of e-Commerce enterprises and give advice about these problems via comparing and analyzing profit model of these two enterprises.
