| 浅析工贸企业的存货管理——以康依达工贸有限公司为例 摘要：存货管理事关企业的资金安全和资产的周转速度，加强存货管理有利于降低工贸企业的资金占用率，提高资金的使用效率，从而不断提高企业的经济效益，增强工贸企业的综合竞争力。本文在阐述存货管理及工贸企业存货管理作用基础上，选取康依达工贸有限公司为具体案例企业，结合该公司存货管理的基本现状，进一步深入分析该公司存货管理存在主要问题和不足，主要有：存货管理意识薄弱、存货采购渠道单一、存货内部控制制度不健全、存货次品成本高。最后，结合康依达工贸有限公司的实际情况，提出了改进对策和建议，包括：加强存货管理理念，提高员工综合素质；增加采购渠道，优化采购方式；完善企业存货内部控制制度；提高企业的技术创新能力，降低次品成本。 关键词: 存货管理；工贸企业；问题；对策 Inventory Management Of The Industry And Trade Enterprises ——Taking The Kangyida Industry & Trade Co.
