浅析工贸企业的存货管理——以康依达工贸有限公司为例

摘要:存货管理事关企业的资金安全和资产的周转速度,加强存货管理有利于降低工贸企业的资金占用率,提高资金的使用效率,从而不断提高企业的经济效益,增强工贸企业的综合竞争力。本文在阐述存货管理及工贸企业存货管理作用基础上,选取康依达工贸有限公司为具体案例企业,结合该公司存货管理的基本现状,进一步深入分析该公司存货管理存在主要问题和不足,主要有:存货管理意识薄弱、存货采购渠道单一、存货内部控制制度不健全、存货次品成本高。最后,结合康依达工贸有限公司的实际情况,提出了改进对策和建议,包括:加强存货管理理念,提高员工综合素质;增加采购渠道,优化采购方式;完善企业存货内部控制制度;提高企业的技术创新能力,降低次品成本。

Abstract: The inventory management is the enterprise financial security and asset turnover rate, strengthen the inventory management to reduce trade enterprise funds utilization, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of industrial enterprises. This paper based on the inventory management of inventory management and Industrial Corporation, selected Kangyida Industry & Trade Co. for the specific case of enterprise inventory management, combined with the basic situation of the company, further analysis of the inventory management of the company the main problems and shortcomings, mainly including: inventory management awareness, inventory purchasing channels, inventory internal control the system is not perfect, the high cost of inventory goods. Finally, according to the actual situation of Kangyida Industry & Trade Co. Ltd., put forward the countermeasures and suggestions, including: strengthening the inventory management concept, improve the overall quality of staff; increase procurement channels, optimize procurement mode; perfect enterprise internal control of inventory system; improve the innovation ability of technology enterprises, reduce the cost of goods.
