| 黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市农村金融扶贫问题的调查研究 摘 要：贫困问题作为影响社会发展的主要难题始终贯穿于人类生活中。作为发展中国家，我们始终清楚地知晓解决贫困问题的重要性。因此自党的十八大提出全面建成小康社会的目标以来，将消除绝对贫困作为主要任务之一，脱贫攻坚战始终在有条不紊地进行，依托金融系统进行的金融扶贫在这段征途中发挥了它独特的作用。直至目前我国仍然处于脱贫攻坚战的决胜期，部分地区脱贫人口返贫现象仍有发生，提高金融扶贫脱贫率、改善返贫现象十分必要。因此以黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市为例，分析齐齐哈尔市农村金融扶贫政策、应用方式，加强金融扶贫效果、提高金融扶贫效率，扩大金融扶贫力度。 关键词：农村；金融扶贫；问题；对策 Investigation and Research on the rural financial provertyalleviation in Qiqihar city of Heilongjiang Province Abstract: Poverty, as a major problem affecting social development, runs through human life.As a developing country, we are always aware of the importance of solving the problem of poverty.Therefore, since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinaput forward the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the elimination of absolute poverty has been one of the main tasks. The fight against poverty has always been carried out in an orderly way.The financial poverty alleviation relying on the financial system has played a unique role in this journey. Up to now, China is still in the decisive period of fighting against poverty,and the phenomenon of poverty-stricken people returning to poverty still occurs in some areas. It is necessary to improve the financial poverty alleviation rate and the phenomenon of returning to poverty. Therefore, taking Qiqihar City in Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes the policies and application methods of rural financial poverty alleviation in Qiqihar City,strengthens the effect of financial poverty alleviation, improves the efficiency of financial poverty alleviation, and increases the intensity of financial poverty alleviation.
