| 供应链金融的的风险及防范研究 摘 要：供应链金融是商业银行针对供应链中处于弱势地位的中小企业设计的新型融资模式。通过金融资本与实体经济的协作，供应链金融将资金流有效的整合到供应链管理中来，更加关注供应链中物流、信息流与资金流的集成，围绕供应链上的核心企业对中小企业提供金融支持。大量研究结论基本上可以表明，中小企业在生产经营过程中经常会遇到财务现金流的压力，而通过利用高效合理的财务供应链管理，把企业的融资计划与企业生产的关键环节进行紧密的衔接，对二者进行科学的统筹规划，选择供应链金融这一途径来融资，这样不仅可以卓有成效的减缓中小企业的融资压力，而且可以促进资金的利用效率、改善企业的运作状况，从而对中小企业的发展起到积极的促进作用。 关键词：供应链金融；融资模式；风险控制；对策 Research on Risks and Prevention of Supply Chain Finance Abstract: Supply chain finance is a new financing mode designed by commercial banks for small and medium-sized enterprises in a weak position in the supply chain.Through the cooperation of financial capital and real economy,supply chain finance effectively integrates capital flow intosupply chain management,pays more attention to the integration of logistics,information flow and capital flow in the supply chain,and provides financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises around the core enterprises in the supply chain.A large number of research conclusions can basically show that small and medium-sized enterprises often encounter the pressure of financial cash flowin the process of production and operation,and through the use of efficient and reasonable financial supply chain management,the enterprise's financing plan and the key links of enterprise production are closely linked,the two are scientifically planned,and the choice of supply chain finance as a way of financing is not only a good choice It can effectively slow down the financing pressure of small and medium-sized enterprises,promote the utilization efficiency of funds,improve the operation of enterprises,and play a positive role in promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
