| 私募股权投资基金对企业并购的影响 摘要：本文写的是私募股权按投资基金对企业并购的影响，首先介绍了并购基金的发展现状以国内外的为例，对私募基金、并购基金以及企业并购的概念进行了解释说明，其次进行了文献研究关于私募股权投资基金参与并购过程的影响进行了分析，随后使用主成分分析法对飞天诚信和九鼎投资的并购重组进行了实证分析。 研究发现：私募股权投资基金在参与企业的并购过程中产生了好的影响，对企业并购具有促进作用，在飞天诚信企业并购发生前，九鼎投资作为一个在行业中比较优质的投资机构，可以帮助飞天诚信解决筹集资金困难的问题，并且还可以为飞天诚信在投资方面提供符合其投资方向的以及优质的投资标的。并且飞天诚信还可以通过专业的投资管理团队进行经营管理从而获得更高的收益。私募股权投资基金参与企业并购对于市场的反映是正向积极的，因为可以从吸引投资者的注意力，以及从中长期绩效中可以体现出来。本文从私募股权投资基金和投资后管理方面给出相关的启示和建议，使得私募基金在参与企业并购的过程中不论是管理前后还是过程中都能更好的操作，以及获得更高的收益。同时还具有指导意义在关于企业引入并购基金参与并购并完成的过程。 关 键 词：私募股权投资基金 企业并购 发展对策 Analysis of the impact of private equity investment fund on M & A behavior Abstract:This paper is about the impact of private equity investment fund on M & A.firstly, it introduces the development status of M & A fund.Taking domestic and foreign as an example,it explains the concepts of private equity fund, M & A fund and M & A. secondly, it conducts literature research,analyzes the impact of private equity investment fund on M & a process, and then uses principal component analysis This paper makes an empirical analysis on the merger and reorganization of Feitian Chengxin and Jiuding investment. The results show that: private equity investment fund has a good influence in the process of enterprise merger and acquisition, and has a promoting effect on enterprise merger and acquisition.
