我国消费金融公司风险管控问题的研究

摘  要
消费金融是金融和经济学中一个正在快速兴起的重要研究领域。消费金融公司的设立对完善我国金融组织体系具有重要意义,我国消费金融公司发展刚刚起步,具有广阔发展和上升空间。随着互联网的快速发展,其平台提供在线场景服务的优势改变我国居民的消费习惯。中国互联网金融市场行为监管尚处于发展初期,金融市场复杂,风险种类多样,管控难度大,消费者保护要从中国的具体情况出发,将消费者非理性行为考虑在内,在借鉴国外经验的同时,去除掉不符合实际的部分。要充分的发挥各参与主体的作用,将消协会、监管机构等结合起来,形成对消费者全面的保护。

ABSTRACT
Consumer finance is an important research field that is rising rapidly in finance and economics. The establishment of Consumer Finance Companies is of great significance for improving China's financial organization system. China's Consumer Finance Companies has just started, and has broad development and rising space. With the rapid development of the Internet, its platform provides the advantage of online scene service to change the consumption habits of the residents in our country. China Internet financial market behavior supervision is still in the early stages of development, financial market risk of various types, complex, difficult to control, consumer protection should be considered Chinese financial consumers irrational behavior, the experience of foreign countries to carry out targeted choice, gradually established from the regulatory agencies and industry associations to the consumer organization, comprehensive full range, maneuverability and execution of the Internet financial consumer protection mechanism.
