[摘要]本文总结了一例肝硬化并上消化道大出血患者护理和诊断的整个过程，主要内容包括急救护理、饮食护理、心理支持、健康教育及出院指导。经过全方位的针对性治疗和护理，抢救成功的可能性增加，并发症的发生率降低。

Nursing of a patient with cirrhosis and massive hemorrhage of upper digestive tract

[Abstract] This paper summarized the whole nursing and diagnosis process of a patient with cirrhosis complicated with massive upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, including first aid nursing, diet nursing, psychological care, health education and discharge guidance. After a full range of targeted treatment and nursing, improve the success rate of rescue, reduce the occurrence of complications.
