| 叙事护理在癌症患者中的应用进展 摘要：在国内叙事护理处于发展初期，缺乏规范化和系统性的实施步骤。其中癌症为临床医学难以攻克之难题，对患者心理的负面影响尤为严重，相关叙事护理的研究应用已取得广泛关注，在各癌症患者中已有研究先河。本文旨在研究讨论叙事护理在我国癌症患者护理中的发展现状，以期为叙事护理在癌症患者中的研究提供理论支持，在护理领域的应用提供借鉴意义。本研究将从叙事护理概念、运用现状等方面进行综述，针对现有的不足提出参考解决方案。 关键词：叙事护理 癌症 负性情绪 Abstract：In China, narrative nursing is in the early stage of development, lack of standardized and systematic implementation steps. Among them, cancer is a difficult problem for clinical medicine, and the negative impact on patients' psychology is particularly serious. The research and application of narrative nursing has been widely concerned, and it has been the first in cancer patients. The purpose of this paper is to study and discuss the development status of narrative nursing in the nursing of cancer patients in China, in order to provide theoretical support for the research of narrative nursing in cancer patients, and provide reference for its application in the field of nursing. This study will review the concept of narrative nursing, the current situation of application, and put forward reference solutions for the existing problems.
