| 结肠镜检查前肠道准备护理干预措施效果分析 摘 要 目的：通过有效的护理干预，确保患者能够安全、顺利地完成肠道准备和肠道诊疗工作。方法：选择本院消化内科2020年4-7月份的结肠镜检查患者120例，随机分成2组，实验组60例、对照组60例；实验组为实验组性研究哦，全程采取护理干预措施，而对照组则进行常规的护理措施，最后统计两组结果并进行对比。结果，9+在结肠镜检查前肠道准备过程中，有效的护理干预措施不仅可以升肠道准备清洁度，还能降低不良反应发生率、提升患者对护理工作的满意度。 关键词：结肠镜检查、肠道准备、护理措施、效果 Analysis of the effect of nursing intervention before colonoscopy Objective: through effective nursing intervention,to ensure that patients can safely and smoothly complete intestinal preparation and intestinal diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 120 patients with colonoscopy in Department of Gastroenterology of our hospital from April to July in 2020 were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in the experimental group and 60 cases in the control group. The experimental group was an experimental group study,and nursing intervention measures were taken in the whole process, while the control group was given routine nursing measures. Finally, the results of the two groups were counted and compared.Results: in the process of bowel preparation before colonoscopy,effective nursing interventions can not only improve the cleanliness of bowel preparation, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve patients' satisfaction with nursing work.
