| 综合护理配合润肠丸治疗老年人功能性便秘的疗效观察
[摘 要] 目的 分析综合护理联合润肠丸应用在老年人功能性便秘中的治疗效果及应用价值。方法 选取2017年1月-2018年12月在我院开展治疗的老年人功能性便秘患者80例，按照数字表法分为A组和B组，A组采取润肠丸治疗，B组联合综合护理措施，对比两组治疗情况。结果B组治疗总有效率为95.00%显著高于A组的77.50%，组间对比统计学分析显示具有差异性（P<0.05）。B组干预后大便性状评分（2.59±0.86）分，排便次数（5.97±1.68）次/周；A组干预后大便性状评分（1.86±0.32）分，排便次数（4.13±0.96）次/周，组间对比统计学分析显示具有差异性（P<0.05）。结论 综合护理联合润肠丸应用在老年人功能性便秘中治疗效果可靠，能够改善患者大便性状，增加排便次数，值得在临床推广应用。

[abstract]Objective to analyze the therapeutic effect and application value of comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang pills in elderly patients with functional constipation. Methods 80 elderly patients with functional constipation who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were divided into two groups: group A and group B. Group A was treated with Runchang pills and group B was treated with comprehensive nursing care.The treatment was compared between the two groups.Results the total effective rate of treatment in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (95.00% vs 77.50%, P < 0.05).The scores of stool traits in group B were significantly higher than those in group A (P < 0.05) (P < 0.05)..59 ±0.86 minutes, defecation times (5.97 ±1.68) times per week; After intervention, the scores of stool traits and defecation times were (1.86 ±0.32) and (4.13 ±0.96) times / week in group A, respectively.The statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion the application of comprehensive nursing combined with Runchang pills inthe treatment of functional constipation in the elderly is reliable and can improve the defecation characteristics of the patients and increase the frequency of defecation. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
