| PICC置管并发血栓的原因及分析 【摘要】[目的]：寻找plcc患者发生血栓的原因并对原因进行分析， 从中找出针对性措施降低血栓发生率。 [方法]：计算机检索万方数据、知网等近五年 以以PICC为主题血栓为关键词对血栓形成的原因进行回顾性分析。 [结果]经分析血栓与患者的年龄、性别等一般资料无明显影响。 糖尿病、每日活动量偏小、穿刺部位、操作人 员操作能力及护理人员干预等是引起血栓的独立性因素。 [结论] PICC置管后血栓形成受糖尿病、每日 活动量偏小、穿刺部位、操作人员操作能力及护理人员干预等影响。 【Abstract] [Objective]: To find and analyze the causes of thrombosis in plcc patients, and find out targeted measures to reduce the incidence of thrombosis. [Methods]: wanfangdata, HowNet, etc. were searched by computer in recent five years to analyze retrospectively the causes of thrombosis with PICC as the key word. [Results] After analysis, thrombus has no obvious influence on general data such as age and sex of patients. Diabetes mellitus, small daily activity, puncture site, operation ability of operators and intervention of nursing staff are independent factors causing thrombosis. [Conclusion] Thrombosis after PICC is affected by diabetes, small daily activity, puncture site, operator's operation ability and nursing intervention. 【关键词】PICC 血栓 原因 分析 【Keywords:】Cause analysis of PICC thrombosis |
