| 青少年精神分裂症康复治疗的研究 摘 要 目的：了解集体康复训练对青少年期精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响。方法：将符合入组标准的男、女患者根据患者自愿原则，分为观察组和对照组，在精神科药物治疗的基础上，对观察组采用集体康复训练，对照组采用常规管理。以阳性与阴性症状量表、个人和社会功能量表(PSP)、简明精神病评定量表作为评定工具评价效果，每四周评定次，随访8周。结果经集体可康复训练的患者与对照组比较，评分差异均有统计学意义。结论：集体康复训练能改善青少年期患者的症状和不良行为，促进个人和社会功能的恢复，建立良好的人际关系，改善认知功能，提高康复疗效。 关键词：青少年；精神分裂症；康复治疗 Abstract Objective: to understand the effect of collective rehabilitation training on adolescent schizophrenia. Methods: according to the voluntary principle, the male and female patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the patient's voluntary principle. On the basis of the psychotherapy, the collective rehabilitation training was adopted in the observation group, and the control group was treated with routine management. The results were evaluated by the positive and negative symptom scale, the personal and social function scale (PSP) and the concise psychiatric rating scale. The results were evaluated every week and followed up for 8 weeks. Results compared with the control group, the scores of group rehabilitation training were statistically significant. Conclusion: collective rehabilitation training can improve the symptoms and bad behavior of adolescent patients, promote the recovery of personal and social function, establish good interpersonal relationship, improve cognitive function and improve the curative effect of rehabilitation.
